Shubhalaxmi has over 20 years of experience with expertise in Human Behavior Sciences, Talent Sourcing and Operations. Prior to her stint in Human Resource and Psychology, she has seven years of experience in hard core Operations in the Manufacturing industry, where she headed the merchandising division of companies like Burlington’s Exports, Zodiac Clothing Ltd, Generation Next responsible for handling Sampling to Shipments for European and US markets.

She is an author of ‘Core Mindsets @ Work’…360 degree Human Behavioral Outlook’ launched at Somaiya Management Campus, Mumbai amongst dignitaries from the corporate world. The book highlights different types of mindsets in different work environments, covering twenty-two case studies across thirteen industry sectors.

She has received the certificate of excellence for Quality Assessment at Jayshree Textiles, Kolkatta (Linen Club brand) by Indian Merchants Chamber - RBNQA Trust for demonstrating great interpersonal skills, strict adherence to time and process and contribution towards a valuable feedback report.

Having interviewed over 5000 professionals across Leadership and Management positions, she believes when behavior is linked to a business/profession/career/education stream and is synced with the individual mindset, there is Clarity and Focus in the thoughts and actions leading to a life of Purpose. She is a key note speaker at Corporate events addressing on ‘Leadership Dynamics in the New Age’. She has been a jury panel member at various Start-up Innovation events.
